1. Scope of Services:

   • Zync Consulting provides various graphic design services, including but not limited to logo design, branding materials, marketing collateral, and digital graphics. The specific scope of each project will be defined in the project proposal or order form.

2. Client Responsibilities:

   • The client agrees to provide all necessary information, feedback, and materials required for the project in a timely manner. Delays in providing these may result in project delays.

3. Pricing and Payment:

   • Prices for graphic design services will be specified in the project proposal or order form. Payment terms, including deposits, payment schedules, and final payment details, will be outlined in the invoice.

   • All payments are due as per the terms specified in the invoice. Late payments may incur additional charges.

4. Project Timeline and Deliverables:

   • Project timelines and deliverables will be agreed upon at the start of the project and outlined in the project proposal or order form.

   • Any changes to the timeline or deliverables must be mutually agreed upon in writing.

5. Revisions and Approvals:

   • The number of design revisions included in the project will be specified in the proposal. Additional revisions may incur extra charges.

   • The client is responsible for reviewing and approving all deliverables. Approval must be provided in writing.

6. Cancellation Policy:

   • If the client wishes to cancel the project, they must provide written notice. Any work completed up to the point of cancellation will be invoiced and due for payment.

   • Zync Consulting reserves the right to terminate the service agreement with prior notice if necessary.

7. Intellectual Property Rights:

   • All intellectual property rights of the final deliverables will be transferred to the client upon full payment of the project.

   • Preliminary designs and concepts not selected remain the property of Zync Consulting.

8. Confidentiality:

   • Client information and project details will be kept confidential and not disclosed to third parties without consent, except as required by law.

9. Liability:

   • Zync Consulting is not liable for any loss or damage arising from the client's use of the design work.

10. Amendments:

    • These terms can be amended only in writing and with mutual consent of both parties.

11. Governing Law:
