Zync Consulting Service Policy

These plans are designed as 8-week commitments to provide customized branding and marketing support tailored to your business needs. By subscribing, you agree to the full financial obligation of the plan.

1. Services Provided

Zync Consulting offers a range of branding and marketing services tailored to meet your needs. Our services are categorized into three plans:

Essential Presence - $2,400 ($600 billed biweekly): Basic branding support, including limited social media content creation, minor graphic design, and foundational branding guidance.
Advanced Branding and Marketing - $4,000 ($1,000 billed biweekly): Enhanced services, including social media strategy, advanced graphic design, marketing materials, and website maintenance.
All-Inclusive Partnership - $6,000 ($1,500 billed biweekly) Comprehensive support, including everything in the Advanced Plan plus event marketing, complete branding strategy, business setup, and dedicated support for campaigns.

2. Payment Terms

Payments are charged through our website. Clients will subscribe to their selected plan directly through our website.
Payments are billed biweekly to the initial payment method.
Payments are final and non-refundable.
A 3-day grace period is allowed for late payments. After the grace period:
- Services will be paused immediately.
- Any unpaid balances may be sent to collections.

3. Cancellation and Renewal Terms

Each plan operates on an 8-week commitment (four bi-weekly billing cycles).

By subscribing, clients agree to:

Fulfill the entire 8-week term.
Pay for all work completed during the term.

If you choose to cancel before the 8-week term is complete, a cancellation fee equal to one billing cycle will apply:

Essential Presence Plan: $600
Advanced Branding and Marketing Plan: $1,000
All-Inclusive Partnership Plan: $1,500

This fee reflects the cost of one billing cycle and must be paid in full at the time of cancellation. If the cancellation fee is not paid within 7 days, you will be invoiced for the total remaining balance of the plan.

Services will be suspended immediately upon cancellation, and an invoice for the cancellation fee will be sent. Failure to pay the cancellation fee or remaining balance may result in the outstanding amount being sent to collections.

Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email to tash@zyncconsulting.com.

Renewal Terms

At the end of the 8 weeks, clients may:

Renew for another term.
Adjust or upgrade their plan.
Discontinue services with no additional charges, provided the current term is completed.

4. Client Responsibilities

Clients are expected to:

Provide prompt access to platforms, branding assets, and necessary tools.
Designate a representative for approvals and regular check-ins to avoid delays.
Communicate feedback on deliverables in a timely manner.

5. Communication

Zync Consulting’s primary communication channels are text and email.

Office Hours: Monday–Friday, 9 AM–6 PM CST.
Most inquiries are addressed within 12 hours, often sooner.

6. Revisions and Approvals

Timely feedback is critical. Delays in approval may push back deliverable timelines, for which Zync Consulting is not liable.

7. Confidentiality and Ownership

All deliverables become the property of the client upon final payment.
Zync Consulting guarantees the confidentiality of all shared information. Any breach of confidentiality will result in immediate termination of services.

8. Termination Policy

Zync Consulting reserves the right to terminate services immediately for unethical behavior, including hate speech, racism, sexism, or other discriminatory practices.

If termination occurs due to client misconduct, all balances, including applicable cancellation fees, remain due.

9. Liability

Zync Consulting commits to providing high-quality services; however:

Results are not guaranteed.
Payments are required for all work performed, regardless of outcomes.

10. Dispute Resolution

In case of disputes, Zync Consulting and the client agree to:

First attempt resolution through direct communication.
If unresolved, binding arbitration will be pursued. Legal action will only occur as a final measure.

11. Miscellaneous

Zync Consulting reserves the right to showcase completed projects in its portfolio unless the client explicitly requests otherwise in writing.
