1. Services Provided
By purchasing web design services from Zync Consulting, clients receive the deliverables listed under the selected service tier (Landing Page, Standard Website, or Premium Website). Specific details, timelines, and features are outlined in the service descriptions.

2. Project Scope and Revisions

Project Scope: The scope of work is based on the selected tier. Any additional requests beyond the scope may result in extra fees.

Revisions: Clients are entitled to up to 3 rounds of revisions per project phase (e.g., design layout, content updates). Additional revisions may incur extra charges.

3. Client Responsibilities

Content Submission: Clients must provide all required content (e.g., text, images, logos) within 48 hrs. to avoid project delays. If your content is not received after 72 hours, your project will be refunded and you will receive a 50% refund.

Timely Feedback: Clients must review and approve designs, revisions, and updates promptly to meet deadlines.

4. Payment Terms

Deposit: A 100% deposit is required to begin work. 

Payment Methods: Payments are accepted through our website. Zync will never ask for payments outside of our website.

5. Refund and Cancellation Policy

All deposits are non-refundable.

Cancellation requests must be made in writing and sumbitted within 24 hrs. 

No refunds are provided once the project is complete.

6. Timeline and Delivery

Timelines vary by service tier:

Landing Page: 7-14 days

Standard Website: 1-2 weeks

Premium Website: 1 week to 1 month

Timelines begin after receipt of all required content and deposit. Delays in client responses may extend project timelines.

7. Ownership and Maintenance

Clients own their website upon full payment and project completion.

A publishing and maintenance tutorial is provided for Standard and Premium tiers.

Zync Consulting is not responsible for ongoing site updates or maintenance unless separately contracted.

8. Liability and Warranty

While we ensure the highest quality of work, no guarantees are made regarding site performance, traffic, or search engine rankings.

Zync Consulting is not liable for damages resulting from website use or errors caused by third-party tools or platforms.

9. Confidentiality and Intellectual Property

All client-provided information remains confidential.

Clients retain ownership of their intellectual property (e.g., logos, proprietary images).

Zync Consulting may feature completed projects in its portfolio unless explicitly requested otherwise by the client.

10. Dispute Resolution

Disputes will be resolved through arbitration before taking legal action. Both parties agree to work in good faith to resolve issues.
